The Christian Nutritionist
Transforming bodies in the Body of Christ.
A Woman of Order starts September 1st!
September will be about bringing greater order into our lives by faithfully stewarding what God has entrusted to us.
A Woman of Order isn't a woman with a perfect planner, an immaculate home, or a never-ending to-do list. She isn't striving for perfection or pretending to “have it all together." But she IS a woman who desires to be who God created her to be.

Don't you know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, who lives in you and who was given to you by God?

Your Membership Makes an Impact Beyond the Club
When you join The Christian Health Club, you are not only investing in your own health and stewardship. You are also helping protect and care for vulnerable children.
We donate 5% of proceeds from The Christian Health Club to Troy Brewer Ministries, supporting their work to rescue children from trafficking, partner with those on the frontlines, and provide rescued children with safety, care, and a hopeful future.
Because caring for God’s children is part of caring for His Kingdom.

What happens when you begin to wonder if your breast implants are affecting your health - and then start wrestling with what it would mean to remove them?
In this episode, I’m joined by three Christian Health Practitioners, Robbye Edwards, Janna Sanders and Catelyn Gale, who each made the decision to explant after years of living with breast implants.
We talk candidly about why they got implants in the first place, what eventually led them to have them removed, the fears and body-image struggles that surfaced along the way, what explant surgery and recovery were really like, and the changes they’ve experienced physically and emotionally since.
But this conversation goes even deeper than explant surgery. We talk about beauty, aging, scars, our daughters, listening to the Holy Spirit and learning to see our bodies through the lens of the One who created them.
If you have breast implants, are considering explant, - or have ever struggled with accepting the body God gave you - this is a conversation I think you’ll appreciate.
